HYPER AIR & AIR FLEX

Reposition CPAP as not only a medical device, but as a transformative self care and recovery tool.
Make CPAP treatment more than good enough and enable it to naturally integrate into an athlete’s everyday life to fully support their recovery process.

WHAT IS SLEEP APNEA?

Sleep apnea causes breathing interruptions during sleep, leading to snoring, fatigue, and health risks like heart disease and stroke. It’s more common in overweight individuals, men, and some athletes.

WHAT IS CPAP TREATMENT?

CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) treats sleep apnea by keeping airways open. Our sponsor, ResMed, specializes in sleep apnea and COPD equipment, known for innovative CPAP machines and accessories that enhance sleep quality and treatment monitoring.

MY PROBLEMS

  • The mask can feel bulky or uncomfortable, and I am not used to wearing something while sleeping.

  • I feel embarrassed about using a CPAP machine, it makes me feel like a patient.

  • The mask fitting process is inefficient and lacks customization. I have to wait for a doctor's diagnosis and recommendation, then receive three different-sized masks, often discarding at least two. This approach is not sustainable.

  • I need to take naps due to my occupation. But it is not very easy to carry the CPAP machine around.

myFit integrates a fitting questionnaire within the myAir onboarding section. Using the TrueDepth sensor on your smartphone, myFit provides an accurate 3D scan, matching you with the best mask sizes and types for your anatomy. This process saves multiple conversations with your provider and reduces waste from unnecessary mask fittings.

So, what happens once you receive these masks?

Universal Tube

Compatible with current ResMed Air mini nassal tube. Press on the clip to take it off.

The lightweight structural design minimizes pressure on the face for greater comfort. The clip mechanism allows easy disassembly of the CPAP mask from the tube, enabling users to get up at night without hassle.

Easy Adjustment

Wider side strap to accomodate for more surface area. Simple loop[ strap design with velcro adherance, easy to adjust the tightness.

Wider Comfort Band

Maximizing stability and breathability.

Our research shows that a thin band can often feel more noticeable than a slightly wider one, especially for back sleepers. That's why we've designed a wider neoprene headband with ultra-soft padding for enhanced stability and comfort, creating a mask that adapts to a wide range of face shapes.

The Biometric Sensor closely monitors your biometric index to deliver peak recovery insights within the new recovery section of the myAir app.

Athletes and coaches can access a comprehensive recovery score that evaluates sleep quality alongside other vital health factors, enabling them to tailor their routines effectively.

This score is calculated based on regular usage and biometric data, including heart rate variability (HRV), sleep debt, and the number of naps. It fluctuates according to these factors, providing athletes with a clear understanding of how recovery, rest, and performance are interconnected.

Athletes use breathwork to reduce stress and recover, and the same techniques help strengthen throat muscles to ease sleep apnea symptoms.

We’ve combined both with our guided breathing coach. Users select a breathing exercise, and the console adjusts airflow to guide them.

After choosing a session, the console sets a visual pace with muted, sleep-friendly colors to promote relaxation. Breathwork pacing is key—whether for sleep apnea or recovery.
